  • How can I change my birth date on my user profile?

    1. Click on PROFILE.
    2. Click on EDIT.
    3. Click on PERSONAL. The first option on PERSONAL is entering your birth date.
    4. Once you’ve made the change, click on SUBMIT to save it.

  • How do I shut off the media player on the site?

    Click on the square button on the media player.

  • What are the minimum system requirements to fully enjoy the site?

  • What if I lost my password?

    Contact us by clicking the comments/suggestions link at the bottom of any page of this site and request to have your password re-set. You will get an email with a new one-time-use password. Click on the link in that email and you will land on your profile page – enter a new password in the fields there and you’re done!

  • Why hasn’t my store order arrived yet?

    The efficiency of the warehouse and the postal service both contribute to how quickly your package reaches you. If you have not received your package within 6-8 weeks from the date you received your membership confirmation email, then please send an e-mail to Customer Support, by clicking the Comments/Suggestions link at the bottom of any page of the site.

  • How do I register?

    Just click the “register” link on the home page to register for free basic site and board access.

  • I never got a confirmation after registering

    Please check your Spam box – or the email may have gone there, or you may have entered the wrong email address – please contact Customer Service, by clicking the Comments/Suggestions link at the bottom of any page on this site.

  • I registered but cannot access the site. It keeps saying Access Denied.

    Please make sure that you are entering your password with the correct capitalization. The system is case sensitive, so you must enter your password exactly as you did when you registered for the Club.

    If you still have trouble logging in, please log out of the site, clear out the old cookies and cache on your computer and then log-in again to clear this problem.
